1. Some nice clothes are available for purchase with in game currency.
2. Some other nice clothes are available for purchase from the game store with real world currency.
3. Some nice clothes can only be acquired by completing specific goals in the game world.

As a result, if you want the "badass" clothes that are achievement rewards, you will have to pursue the in game achievements required to unlock those clothes. Whether that's unlocking certain ability rings, unlocking decks, or completing mission goals...
